About Me

Hi, I’m Sonia the founder of Soul Tingle.

I’m passionate about health, psychology, spirituality, and energy healing. My own journey has shown me the power of self-love and how, when we reconnect with ourselves, we open the door to real healing and transformation.

I know what it’s like to feel stressed, stuck, or out of alignment. Exploring practices like Access Bars®, Kinesiology, Reiki, and Spiritual & Life Coaching helped me release old patterns, restore balance, and step into the best version of myself.

Now, I share these tools with others. Through my sessions, I support people in clearing blocks, finding clarity, and creating more peace and confidence in their lives.
